Design

Layouts, heights and details developed with you, with structural engineering coordinated where required.

Approvals and planning

Drawings, specifications and a programme that works around the facility's use.

Fabrication

Posts, frames, gates and custom steelwork made in our Maddington workshop.

Construction

Footings, erection and netting or cladding, with a dedicated site manager.

Handover

Defect inspection, ITPs, O&M manuals and warranties.

After care

Inspections, repairs and gate servicing after handover.

We were engaged directly by the City to remove the old back nets and build new ones to the engineer's design at two of its ovals, running the job as main contractor from fabrication to handover.

Sites: William Skeet Oval, Forrestdale and Springdale Oval, Karragullen
Scope: 12 m AFL back net, 8 m AFL back net, removal of existing nets
Contract: Direct with the City

Built to the engineer's design, fabricated and installed by RMF
