Three generations of doing it right
Right Metal Fencing started in 2004 as Right Metal Products, when Alan and his son Paul started out of Alan's factory in Canning Vale. They began small, making Garrison panels and other repeat products for other fencing companies, before imported panels were common. From there they moved into their own projects and grew into a full fencing contractor.
In 2019 Paul took over the business and it became Right Metal Fencing, and in 2020 we moved into our own workshop and yard at 14 Garnet Way, Maddington. Today Paul and his son Dakota lead a team that designs, fabricates, installs and maintains fencing, gates and physical security for commercial clients, schools and local government right across WA.
The philosophy hasn't changed since that first workshop: do it once, do it right.

Right Metal Products opens
Alan and his son Paul start out of Alan's factory in Canning Vale, making Garrison panels for other fencing companies, then move into their own projects.
- 2019
Right Metal Products becomes Right Metal Fencing
Paul takes over from Alan and the business is renamed to match what it had become: a full fencing contractor.

Move to Maddington
We move from Canning Vale into our own workshop and yard at 14 Garnet Way, Maddington.

WALGA Preferred Supplier
Appointed a WALGA Preferred Supplier in September, so councils and shires across WA can engage us without a public tender.

End-to-end services
Drafting, safety, project administration, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and site and project management, all managed in-house.
In-house manufacturing
Our own fabrication team gives us control over quality and lead times, and the flexibility to adapt to changing programmes.
Quality materials
Materials that meet or exceed the specified steel grades, coatings and sizes. We use UK or Australian-made palisade.
Enhanced powder coating
Pre-treatment, priming and powder coat for a finish that lasts, a step often skipped in the industry.
Site management
A dedicated site manager focused on progress, safety and quality, with defect inspections and checklists for a defect-free handover.
Managed installation
Our installation teams are led by experienced team leads and run to RMF standards, with a dedicated site manager on every job.
